Yoga & Pilates

Sälens Högfjällshotell includes the yoga studio Mountain Soul, with a view overlooking the slopes below.

You’re welcome to visit the studio directly from our ski runs or trails. Simply leave your skis in the rack outside and enjoy some yoga in your thermal underwear. You’re then free to head back out onto the slopes, visit a fun après-ski event, or simply enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.

Yoga is a wonderful complement to both downhill and cross-country skiing. It enhances your agility, balance, strength and focus, helping you become an even better skier.

We offer a number of different yoga classes for you to choose from and, naturally, you don’t need to be a skier to join us.

Yoga is for everyone. If you can breathe, you can enjoy yoga!
